Continuing a Legacy - From a Bumper Crop to a Vintage Limousine Service

As people feel the need to participate to special events in their lives and make them as memorably as possible, many opt to rent a limousine. Such vehicles provide a comfortable mean of transport for celebrated people and guests, enabling them to benefit from additional space and amenities.

As opposed to modern limousines, classic limousines and vintage cars provide a special feeling which can be lived only by people riding in these vehicles. Those who appreciate the beauty of a vintage car or associate themselves with the relaxed life of past years commonly choose to rent such car for special events and occasions. Such cars are rare and a symbol of wealth.

Callan Philips was an honorable American citizen born on the date of 13 March, 1925, in the Idaho - Dayton region. After graduating from Ammon High School, Callan enlisted himself in the US Army and sworn to serve it with pride. He served in World War II in 1st Cavalry, fighting in the Japanese Theater mainly throughout New Guinea, Admiralty Islands and Philippines. On one of his fights, Callan has been wounded, and thus had to return to America. Shortly after his arrival, he was awarded the Purple Heart for loyal service and fearless fighting.

Callan spent the rest of his life as a farmer, mainly throughout Eastern Washington and Southern Idaho. His neighbors admired him for his farming skills, honesty, integrity and kindness. Once he retired from farming, Callan turned his eyes to classic cars. As a result, he managed to collect and restore 59 classic cars, some of which are a true rarity nowadays on American streets. Two such examples are the *1950 Bentley Mark VI aka "Marilyn" and 1973 Mustang Convertible aka "Christine".*

One of Callan’s daughters, Sherri, along with her husband Bill Anderson, decided to continue this family business of collecting and restoring cars, making sure that Vernon’s legacy lives on. In addition, they decided to rent three classic limousines for special events, mainly to those who appreciate the beauty of a vintage car. Further details will be unveiled at
